Dr. Allen (A.J.) McConnell is a postdoctoral fellow at Daily Behavioral Health. Dr. McConnell earned his Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Union Institute and University. He previously earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and Master of Science degree in Human Development and Family Science from The Ohio State University. Dr. McConnell completed a predoctoral internship at Venture Psychological Internship Consortium in Battle Creek, Michigan where he completed rotations in a community mental health cenaj mconnellter, autism clinic, and an integrated medical clinic. He has over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities, chronic health concerns, and behavioral disorders. His clinical interests also include: psychological assessment and testing, anxiety and mood disorders, family dynamics, and spirituality/existential issues. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. McConnell has written extensively and presented both locally and nationally on topics related to developmental disabilities, mood disorders, romantic relationships, coparenting, and the practice of psychology from a Christian perspective.

Dr. Nicole Kline is a Post-Doctoral Fellow with Daily Behavioral Health. She received her undergraduate degree from Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio, and her master’s and Psy.D. degrees in Clinical Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida. Dr. Kline completed an APA-approved Psychology internship at Ohio Guidestone in Cleveland, Ohio with spnicky klineecialties in the area of assessment of behavioral and emotional difficulties in children and adolescents and providing psychotherapy to children in underserved communities as well as those who have experienced trauma. Her dissertation research was in the area of assessing perceived competence, parenting stress and relationship satisfaction in parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Her areas of interest include diagnostics of ASD and related disorders in children and adults, and providing psychotherapy and behavioral services to children and adolescents who are affected by mood difficulties and developmental or intellectual disabilities.
