Phillip Irvin was born and raised in Cleveland. He received a BS in Finance and Accounting from Ohio State. He has served on several foundation in the community, including Chairman of Development Committee for Salvation Army of Greater Cleveland, the Hattie 
Larlham Foundation, Milestones, and the Building Behaviors Autism Center. He is the Vice President and Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He is also the father to a school-aged son with a diagnosis of PDD-NOS and an older typical daughter. Phillip is active in coordinating a dad’s support group as well as other autism organizations in the community.
