The Up Side of Downs of Northeast Ohio has a mission to provide support, education and advocacy for people with Down syndrome, their families and communities. It is the primary resource for families and communities regarding Down syndrome, where all people with Down syndrome are accepted, included and empowered. USOD envisions a community where people with Down syndrome have limitless opportunities and the ability to pursue their dreams. The Up Side of Downs serves over 900 families in 16 counties in Northeast Ohio and has numerous education programs and support, advocacy, and social events. For more information, go to www.usod.org.
Toni Mullee is a native Clevelander. She earned a Bachelorof Arts degree at the University of Dayton. Toni spent 15 years working in sales and sales management before shifting her career focus to the nonprofit world. She became the Executive Director of the Up Side of Downs in April 2013. She is a volunteer at her church and serves on the Board of Trustees of the International Women’s Air & Space Museum. Toni lives in Bay Village with her husband. They have two beautiful daughters and one unruly dog.
Carrie Linden is the office assistant at USOD. She brightens up every room with her smile and works hard at her job.
